This modern residence, designed by ANP Architect, embodies a refined architectural language that balances aesthetic sophistication with functional living. The design features a bold interplay of materials, natural stone, vertical wood panels, and dark marble accents, creating a strong yet elegant facade composition.

The house is organized around clean lines and geometric volumes, with a gable roof that gives a nod to traditional forms while maintaining a contemporary edge. The thoughtful integration of cantilevered elements, such as the projecting balcony, adds both spatial drama and utility, offering extended outdoor living space. Transparent glass railings maintain visual lightness and allow uninterrupted views to the surrounding landscape.

We carefully curated the material palette to emphasize texture and contrast. The use of dark marble with white veining brings a sense of luxury and depth, while textured concrete and warm wood tones ground the building in natural elements. The rhythm of vertical and horizontal elements enhances the facade's visual order and architectural clarity.

Large windows and sliding doors invite ample daylight into the interior, fostering a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The recessed main entrance provides both shelter and a welcoming transition space, while the front terrace and landscape design soften the architecture with greenery and natural flow.
